This website is about the coming Ezekiel's Temple (the Messianic Temple) and the reign of Christ upon the throne of David, with the prince as written in Ezekiel chapters forty to forty- eight. We shall look into details of this in the accomanying book:  THE MESSIANIC TEMPLE: THE LORD IS THERE (Ezekiel's Vision of The Third Temple).

 

In the book, the author discussed at length the re-gathering of God's treasured people (the Hebrews) from all the caves, the holes of the rock and graves where they were scattered and hid (Ezekiel 37) and bring them back into the Promised Land, fulfilling His covenant promise to Abraham. He will rule over them on the throne of David, through His Prince, who will sit upon that throne as David. He will execute the righteousness and judgments of God upon the throne, over the people and shepherd them after the LORD'S Heart (Jeremiah 23:3-8).

 

Judah, you are he whom your brothers shall praise;

Your hand shall be on the neck of your enemies;

Your father’s children shall bow down before you.

Judah is a lion’s whelp; From the prey, my son, you have gone up. He bows down, he lies down as a lion; And as a lion, who shall rouse him? The scepter shall not depart from Judah, Nor a lawgiver from between his feet, Until Shiloh comes; and to Him shall be the obedience of the people. Binding his donkey to the vine, And his donkey’s colt to the choice vine, He washed his garments in wine, And his clothes in the blood of grapes. His eyes are darker than wine, And his teeth whiter than milk (Genesis 49: 8-12).

 

...and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counseller, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this (Isaiah 9: 6-7).

 

In His covenant with Abraham, the Lord God promised Abraham multitudes of seed like the stars of Heaven, (Genesis 15: 5) and also the land of Promise: "On the same day the Lord made a covenant (promise, pledge) with Abram, saying,

 

To your descendants I have given this land,From the river of Egypt to the great river Euphrates— [the land of] the Kenites and the Kenizzites and the Kadmonites  and the Hittites and the Perizzites and the Rephaim,  the Amorites and the Canaanites and the Girgashites and the Jebusites" (Vs. 18-21).

And the LORD said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward:For all the land which you see, to you will I give it, and to your descendants forever (Genesis 13:14-15).

 

In Ezekiel's vision of the Messianic Temple and His reign, the Lord promised a restoration to the people of Israel and also the division of the Promised Land according to their tribes.

 

Thus says the Lord God, “This shall be the boundary by which you shall divide the land as an inheritance among the twelve tribes of Israel; Joseph shall have two portions. You shall divide it as an inheritance, each one equally with the other. I lifted up My hand and swore to give it to your fathers, and this land shall fall to you as an inheritance (Ezekiel 47: 13-14).

 

And I will bring again the captivity of my people of Israel, and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine thereof; they shall also make gardens, and eat the fruit of them. And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be pulled up out of their land which I have given them, saith the Lord thy God (Amos 9: 14-15).

 

This therefore, is the fulfilment of God's Promise to Abraham to restore the Promised Land to His People and also to David that there shall never fail him a man to sit upon his throne. This prophecy is fulfilled in Christ who with His Jewish Prince will sit upon the throne of David on this Temple and rule over the entire House of Israel according to Isaiah 9: 6-7 as above.

 

The LORD'S covenant with the Levitical Priesthood shall be restored and they shall draw near to minister unto Him.
